AI Powered Record Analyst

GovTribe's "Analyze this" features gives you access to an AI powered personal assistant who can help answer questions about a record, or help with a specified task.

Getting Started

To access this feature, first you will need to open one of the following record types:

1. Federal Contract Opportunities

2. Federal Grant Opportunities

3. Federal Contract Awards

4. State and Local Opportunities

5. Contacts

For this example, we will use a federal contact opportunity. Once you have opened an opportunity you would like to pass to our AI, just click the Analyze this button.

Essentially "Analyze this" allows you to "baton pass" a specific record to GovTribe's AI, allowing you to ask the AI questions about that specific record. This ensures accuracy and can help super charge features like making draft proposals, or compliance matrices.

By default, the AI will provide a detailed analysis of that record, providing different context depending on the record type you used. You can then ask to follow up questions if you choose.

Example uses

Create a Draft proposals:

Step 1: After clicking "Analyze this" on the federal contract opportunity try asking the AI as a follow up.

Step 2: "Create a draft proposal using the information you provided in your analysis."

Feel free to upload additional documents, and re-prompt the AI, to further refine your rough draft.

Create a Compliance Matrices

Step 1: Click "Analyze this" on a federal contract opportunity

Step 2: After it is done loading the initial analysis, prompt the AI:

"Take the information you provided and create a compliance matrix for me."

The AI will then use your vendor profile's award data, along with anything you upload to your prompt, to create a matrix.
