    1. For now, topic extraction is automated. Users are allowed to tag Articles for manual ordering.

  3. Why don’t I see certain articles or assets in Beacon?

    1. They might not be pulled in yet if the source is not integrated, or the content may be outside your organization’s subscription. Contact support if you suspect an integration issue.

  4. Do I need special permissions to create contact groups?

    1. No, all Users under the Account can manage contact groups.
