AI Insight - a free from AI assistant - can be accessed towards the top of the feature menu:

To get started, click on new

Here you can ask the AI a new question, or use one of GovTribes provided prompts:

History

History allows you to view previous conversations you, or your teammates, have had with GovTribe AI. Here you can also add tags, remove old conversations, or even continue conversations from where you left off.

AI Personalization and Custom Instructions

To get the most out of AI insights you can train in to be more custom tailored to your business market, and role within your company leveraging our new personalization features.

To enable, or disable, AI personalization or Custom Instructions select the setting button on the top right of the AI insights page.

AI Personalization:

All of GovTribe's Personalization features can be toggled on, or off, if you choose. With all of these settings enabled GovTribes AI will get to know you and your company the more that you use it.

Memories specifically allow you to save preferences to GovTribe AI to further personalize its responses. You can ask it to remember things such as your primary NAICS code, or what set aides to use when making searches. It will also learn about you over time as you ask it questions.

You are then able to view and delete these memories under the memories tab:

Full Conversation Recall gives our AI permission to look through your conversation history for more context and consistent responses.

And finally, GovTribe Data gives the AI access to your specific profiles data and interests.

Want to use our AI without personalization? That is okay! Just toggle these settings off.

Custom Instructions:

Want to train the AI to act a certain way without relying on memories? Such as asking it to use a specific tone, or a certain output structure for a document?

This is where custom instructions come in. Just enter in the specific instructions you want the AI to follow to custom tailor the AI to your business and use case.
