# Send Records from your GovTribe Pipeline to your CRM

**Step 1:** Decide which pipeline you would like to send data from your GovTribe account to your CRM.

**Step 2:** Decide which stage in your pipeline you would like to "send" data. This is going to be used as a trigger for the automation. For this example, let's use the "Send to CRM" stage:

**Step 3:** Open Zapier and create a new zap.

**Step 4:** For the first zap in your automation, use "GovTribe" then select "Updated Pursuit Stage" as a Trigger event:

**Step 5:** Under Account - make sure you select your GovTribe profile:

**Step 6:** Select continue. Now under pipelines and stage program this zap to look at the stage decided on in step 2.

For this example, I am using the pipeline "Zapier Demo" and the trigger stage "Send to CRM":

**Step 7:** Select "Continue" and then test.

**Step 8:** GovTribe is now connected to your Zap! Next you will need to follow similar steps - but using your CRM of choice:

For more instructions on how to create Zaps, and how to connect your specific CRM to Zapier, please view the Zapier Help Pages: <https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us> or reach out to Zapier support.

**Step 9:** Once your CRM is connected you are all done! When you move GovTribe pursuit records to the "Send to CRM" stage the data you programmed will get sent over.
