# Push New Pursuits into your GovTribe Pipeline

**Step 1:** Open Zapier and create a new zap.

**Step 2:** For the first zap in your automation, select your preferred CRM tool and follow the on page instructions for programming a trigger point for your CRM:

For more instructions on how to create Zaps, and how to connect your specific CRM to Zapier, please view the Zapier Help Pages: <https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us> or reach out to Zapier support.

**Step 3:** Once your CRM is connected, under your "Action" zap - program the "Action" to GovTribe.

**Step 3:** Decide exactly what you want to send over to GovTribe. In this case we will select "Create Pursuit"

**Step 4:** Program mapping for what data from your CRM you want to be sent over. Here you can also program what pipeline you want this record sent to:

Once this is programmed select Test.

**Step 5:** Now you are done! Based off the trigger action you programmed - when that action takes place - data will get sent to GovTribe as a new pursuit.
