Contacts

Search for contacts that are actively purchasing/selling goods and services within a particular Industry.

Each Contact in Beacon has a profile displaying:

  • Name & Organization: Basic info like job title, agency, or company.

  • Contact Details: Email, phone (if available).

  • Activity History showing what contracts and files that contact is associated with.

To get started - just add a few filters! We'll find contacts in the federal government that work in this market based on the Federal Agencies, NAICS Categories, and PSC Categories most relevant to you.

Contact Insights

Insights provide a quick, high-level, over of that contact so at a glance you can see data such as what contact information is available, their recent activity such as if they have been listed as a point of contact for a solicitation, as well as a buyer profile generated by our AI giving you a better idea of who this contact is:

Creating Contact Groups:

The groups button will allow you to save batches of contacts:

Simply select the folks you would like to add to a group, select the groups button, and then following the menu wizard to add these folks to an existing group or a new one:

When the wizard opens, you can either select an existing group from the drop down or create a new group by typing a name and hitting enter:
