More details on contact profiles

Each Contact in Beacon has a profile displaying:

• Name & Organization: Basic info like job title, agency, or company.

• Contact Details: Email, phone (if available).

• Engagement History: List of articles read, assets downloaded, or events attended.

Topic Relevance & Signals

• Topics: Contacts are often associated with topics based on articles they’ve read or assets they’ve accessed.

• Relevance/Strength Scores: Indicate how strongly a contact engages with a particular topic over time.

• Recency: Shows how recent that engagement was—helpful to identify if interest is growing or waning.

Example: If a contact frequently reads about “VA Healthcare,” you may see a high Strength score next to that topic with multiple touches in the past month.
