# State and Local Contract Awards

Compared to the federal space, state and local contract data is more fragmented, with varying levels of transparency and accessibility across jurisdictions. With GovTribe you can search on a variety of sources all in one place leveraging our search capabilities (advanced syntax, semantic, & filters) .

*To navigate to state and local awards select **Main Menu >> Awards >> State and Local Awards***&#x20;

In the center of the page, you can use keyword search, or semantic Search, to get started:&#x20;

The "add filter button" can also be used to segment out your market based on your filter of choice. For example, using the **"award date"** filer - set to **"within the last 12 months"** - will show any awarded contract in the past year:&#x20;
