Available Actions and Triggers

The GovTribe-Zapier integration offers a variety of triggers, searches, and actions that allow you to automate your government contracting workflows. Below is a comprehensive list of what’s possible:

What's a Trigger? What is an Action?

A Trigger event is some sort of event, or action taken, that causes another event to take place as a result. For example, if you set up a home alarm system opening the front door would "trigger" your alarm to go off.

An Action event is an event that happens because of a Trigger event. So, using the example from before, the home alarm itself is the trigger event. When the door is opened, and the system is turned on, sound the alarm and call the police.
