An overview of GovTribes partnership with OnFrontiers

GovTribe has partnered with OnFrontiers, the largest network of vetted, independent federal experts (17k+), to help our users win more work by making faster, more informed decisions.

Through this partnership, GovTribe users can receive personalized subject matter expert (SME) recommendations directly on GovTribe pursuit pages:

Each SME is matched based on relevant experience to the specific opportunity, providing expert guidance that can improve win probability.

How to Get Started

To get started you just need to navigate to one of your pursuits!

From the pursuit overview page you will see the On Frontiers drop down:

Selecting an Expert

Once you click the OnFrontiers tab - you will be able to select the type of expert you are in search of:

GovTribe will then send pursuit context to OnFrontiers; and then OnFrontiers will return a shortlist of relevant experts.

You can then choose to purchase expert time through OnFrontiers using a credit-based pricing model.

Ideal Use Cases to Flag

We Recommend OnFrontiers when:

  • You have flagged a high-stakes or complex pursuit and want an expert to assist you further.

  • Your team lacks technical or customer-specific expertise.

  • You are preparing a capture plan or draft RFI/RFP response and want some extra help.

  • You are bidding into a new agency or program space.

FAQ

Q: Do I need to sell OnFrontiers credits? A: No. You don’t need to sell or support OnFrontiers directly. Just guide users to the “Talk to an Expert” button—OnFrontiers will handle the match and transaction.

Q: Do I need to track referrals? A: No. Attribution happens through a tracked link or form submission on GovTribe. OnFrontiers will be managing reporting and attribution.

Q: What if a customer already uses OnFrontiers? A: Referral fees only apply if the customer is new or reactivated and enters through a GovTribe referral channel. If they’re already active in OnFrontiers' pipeline, we do not receive a referral fee.
