Unanet CRM customers who also use GovTribe can enable our integration with the Unanet CRM that allows customers to send data directly from GovTribe to Unanet CRM.
Activation of the Unanet integration can be completed by any account member on the Integrations page. Navigate to the page by choose Integrations from the profile menu in the top right corner.
Click on the Activate Unanet button in the Unanet CRM section, and the Activate Unanet Integration modal will be displayed. Enter the Firm ID value (obtained from Unanet) and click OK.
Once this has been submitted, the integration status is marked as Pending, and this is displayed on the Integrations page.
When the integration is enabled by GovTribe, you will receive an email, and the status will be displayed as Activated on the Integrations page.
Currently, two types of data on GovTribe can be used to create leads in Unanet: Federal Contract Opportunities and Federal Grant Opportunities, along with Saved Searches for both of them.
The first place you can add an opportunity to Unanet is from the search page for the opportunity. For instance, to send a Federal Contract Opportunity to Unanet, navigate to the Federal Contract Opportunity Search Page. For each item, there is an Add To Unanet button at the bottom.
Click on the Add to Unanet CRM button, and when it has been added, a message will be displayed indicating that the lead was successfully created. Clicking on the View in Unanet CRM link will take you to Unanet, where you can see the lead.
The button at the bottom of the item has changed to say View in Unanet CRM, and clicking on the button will open the lead in Unanet.
To send multiple leads to Unanet, create a Saved Search from the opportunity search page. When saving the search, a Send to Unanet CRM toggle is available. Click on it to select it, and it will turn green.
This will send the items contained in the search to Unanet.
