The Dashboard
Descriptions of the widgets found on your Dashboard and how to use them
The GovTribe Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your Pursuits, as well as Federal Contract Award data and Opportunity recommendations relevant to you.
When you first get started with GovTribe, your Dashboard will seem sparse. However, as you begin exploring the system and identifying Opportunities to pursue, GovTribe will gather more data and your Dashboard will fill in quickly, becoming a useful tool in managing your business development efforts.
Each widget on the Dashboard is described in this document.
Recommended Opportunities
The Recommended Opportunities dashboard widget displays a list of currently open Federal Contract opportunities in the pre-solicitation or solicitation phase that GovTribe recommends for your company.
GovTribe considers a few things when recommending Opportunities for your company:
Your company’s contract award history
What you and your team have pursued within GovTribe
Quick Actions available on the Recommended Opportunities widget:
Click on an Opportunity Name to access the Opportunity’s detail page.
Click More > to view the Federal Contract Opportunities Search Page, filtered to all Opportunities recommended for your company.
Tasks Due Soon
The Tasks Due Soon dashboard widget displays all Tasks across your Account that are due soon, along with the owner of the Task.
Quick Actions available on the Tasks Due Soon widget:
Add a Task using the + Task button in the upper right corner.
Filter to just the Tasks that are assigned to you by clicking on Mine.
Change the timeframe using the dropdown menu in the bottom center.
Click More > to view the Tasks Search Page, filtered to all Tasks that are due within the selected timeframe.
Pursuits Due Soon
The Pursuits Due Soon dashboard widget shows you all active Pursuits with a due date across your Account that are due soon. Note that Pursuits in “Triage” stage are not included (learn more).
Quick Actions available on the Pursuits Due Soon widget:
Add a Pursuit using the + Pursuit button in the upper right corner.
Filter to just the Tasks that are assigned to you by clicking on Mine.
Change the timeframe using the dropdown menu in the bottom center.
Click More > to view the Pursuits Search Page, filtered to all of your Pursuits that are due within the selected timeframe.
Active Contracts
The Active Contracts dashboard widget displays your company’s Active Contracts.
This is a great way to start filling up your Pipeline with recompetes.
Quick Actions available on the Active Contracts widget:
Click on a Contract Name to access its Federal Contract Award Detail Page.
Change the timeframe using the dropdown menu in the bottom center.
Click More > to view the Federal Contract Awards Search Page, filtered to all recommended Opportunities that are ending within the selected timeframe.
Funding by Agency
The Funding By Agency dashboard widget shows the breakdown of funding by Federal Agency for your company (based on the Vendor profile you are linked to), during the selected timeframe.
Quick Actions available on the Funding by Agency widget:
Hover over any section of the graph to view details.
Change the timeframe using the dropdown menu at the bottom.
Funnel
The Funnel dashboard widget displays the value, probability of win, and stage of all active Pursuits across your Account.
Funnels are represented by “bubbles” on the graph, and the size of each bubble represents the relative value of the Pursuits (i.e., larger bubbles represent Pursuits of higher value than smaller bubbles).
Quick Actions available on the Funnel widget:
Add a new Pursuit using the + Pursuit button in the upper right corner.
Hover over Funnel Bubble to view details.
Filter to just the Pursuits that are assigned to you by clicking on Mine.
Click More > to view the Pursuits Search Page, filtered to all your active Pursuits.
