GovTribe maintains up-to-date information on all Federal People, allowing you to research Contracting Officers, obtain contact information, and view their associated Opportunities and Past Award histories. Anyone listed as a contract on any opportunity or award is included as a Federal Person.
To access the Federal People Search page:
Step 1. Go to: Main Menu >> Participants >> Federal People. ()
The Federal People Search Page will be displayed, which allows you to view and access Federal People associated with contracts and grants on GovTribe.

To access the Federal Person Detail page:
Step 2. Search for the desired agency, then click on the Name of the person listed (or the View button).
The Federal Person Detail Page will be displayed.
This section displays information about the person.
This section displays the Awards Timeline at the top, and a Leaderboard at the bottom.
The Awards Timeline is a graph that can be filtered by Contracts or Grants, and by Quarter, Calendar Year (CY), Fiscal Year (FY), Quarter, or Month. The graph displays Contracts (or Grants that are beginning and ending, along with the obligation amounts.
The Leaderboard at the bottom displays a list of Top 10 (or 25 or 50) Vendors by default. Use the dropdown list to select a different list, such as Agencies, different types of contracts, and more. Click on any item in the list to view its Detail Page. Each list can be exported as a CSV file.
This section displays a list of all Federal Contract IDVs that have been awarded by this Person. If the Person is involved in other types of Contracts (i.e., GSA schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, etc.) sections listing those will be displayed as well.
This section displays a list of all Federal Contracts that have been awarded by this Person.
This section provides access to information about the Federal Contract Opportunities currently open for this Person.
