A Grant is an award of financial assistance from a federal agency to a recipient to carry out a public project or service authorized by a United States law. Unlike loans, grants do not need to be repaid. Most grants are awarded to state and local governments.
The Federal Grant Opportunity data on GovTribe is acquired daily at 6:00am Eastern Standard Time, from a single source: grants.gov.
To access the Main Federal Grant Opportunities Search Page:
Step 1. Go to: Main Menu >> Opportunities >> Federal Grant Opportunities. (Take me there)
The Federal Grant Opportunities Search Page will be displayed, which allows you to view and access Federal Grant Opportunities sourced by GovTribe.

To access a Federal Grant Opportunity’s Detail Page:
Step 1. Go to: Main Menu >> Opportunities >> Federal Grant Opportunities (take me there), then click on the Title of any Grant Opportunity listed (or its View button).
The Federal Grant Opportunities Detail Page will be displayed.
