How to change payment method, change billing frequency, and download invoices
Change Payment Method
To change the payment method for your account:
Step 1. In the Administration Menu in the upper right corner, select Account.
Step 2. In the “Payment Info” section of the Account page, click Update.
Step 3. Enter the new credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code from the back of the card, then click Update.
Change Billing Frequency
To change the frequency of billing for your account:
Step 1. In the Administration Menu in the upper right corner, select Account.
Step 2. In the “Current Plan” section, click Change Plan.
Step 3. Select the Pay Monthly or Pay Annually tab at the top of the Account screen to switch billing frequency.
Step 4. Click Upgrade or Downgrade for the account type.
Download an Invoice or Receipt
To download a GovTribe Invoice for your Account:
Step 1. In the Administration Menu in the upper right corner, select Account.
Step 2. In the “Invoices” section of the Account page, click Download for the Invoice or Receipt you wish to download.
Step 3. Follow your web browser’s procedure for accessing downloaded files.
