Each State and/or Locality has it's own set of legal provisions and regulations that govern how they interact with industry (contractors/vendors/companies)

Finding and Saving searches for State and Local Contract Opportunities

To access the State and Local Contract Opportunities Search Page:

Step 1: Go to Main Menu >> Opportunities >> State and Local Contract Opportunities (Take me there)

The State and Local Contract Opportunities Search Page will be displayed, which allows you to access and view the State and Local Contract Opportunities sourced by GovTribe.

State and Local Contract Opportunity Detail Page

To access a State and Local Contract Opportunity Detail Page:

Step 1: Go to Main Menu >> Opportunities >> State and Local Contract Opportunities (Take me there), then click on the Title of any Contract Opportunity Listed.

The State and Local Contract Opportunities Details Page will be displayed:

GovTribe Personas

Buyer Personas (Government POC's) and Industry Personas (GovCon/ Supplier POC's) involved in the opportunity are accessible here.

To access Personas from the Opportunity record, you can select either Buyer Personas or Industry Personas, click the View Person icon to understand all places they have been sighted. Sightings indicates the total amount the Person has been seen in Government Files.

Alternatively, access Personas via the By Location in Opportunity to better understand their relationship to the record.

Activity

Users can view updates made to the contract opportunity via the Activity tab. Information presented is details like the addition of Government Files, Amendment revisions and Due Date changes.
